Training
Training staff in PBS that is updated with the most recent and recommended codes of practice is essential to achieving and maintaining great support in services. Our engaging training is frequently updated to include the most relevant and effective values-led support strategies for organisations to utilise in their services.

Behavioural Psychology for Organisations
The psychological understanding of behaviour is becoming more widely used in business settings as it is an evidence-based approach to modifying organisational behaviour. We offer behavioural interventions aimed at helping professionals become more competent in their job roles. Intervention packages involve visual data and progress tracking for managers.

What is ABA?
Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is the application of behavioural science to modify and change behaviour. ABA is commonly used to increase positive behaviours and decrease behaviours seen as challenging.
Who uses ABA?
ABA is used by behaviour specialists and practitioners. ABA is being utilised more in the United Kingdom. We are very passionate about ABA being practised ethically and to the highest standard and therefore advocate for professionals to be certified with the United Kingdom Society of Behaviour Analysts (UK-SBA).
What do we think of ABA?
In the past ABA has been used unethically to change people's behaviour. Unfortunately, there are still people practising ABA unethically. We as an organisation do not condone or advocate for these individuals being behaviour practitioners. We understand that some people have had negative experiences with these practitioners, however we would like to assure people that we follow the BCBA and UK-SBA codes of ethics which put the people using our services at the heart of any interventions. By utilising ABA in this way, we can help individuals have a higher quality life and help services support more effectively.
