The Origins of Positive Behaviour Support
Positive Behaviour Support has been used in support services across many decades and originated through Applied Behaviour Analysis. In 2013, Gore et al., published 'A State of the Nation Report' which summarised how services successfully follow a Positive Behaviour Support model. In order for PBS to be upheld in services, they need to apply the values, theory and processes of PBS.
